How did we become post-writers?

A kind of reading broke our text, one sentence at a time.

We had to dump the narrative.

We had to learn to speak in small bits and bytes.

Some have called this a poem, but we just call this a post.

We celebrate this post, we celebrate this renewal of language.

We reject the tapestry of meaning, we insist on immediacy and urgency.

And our insistence gave birth to the post-writer.
